The worst! Do not waste your time with this place. Got the car wash they told me normally goes for $200 but was $75 that day… when I got my car back crumbs and spills were still every where, I drove around where a gentlemen called the manager who had him tell me to bring Mar back through, they worked on it for another 20 minutes and STILL looked bad - so disappointed. Here’s photos after the second clean up! Not worth $75.

Statement of Facts On June 20, 2026, at approximately 4:50 PM, I drove my 2025 Toyota Camry SE through the express wash tunnel at Jackson's Car Wash. Immediately upon exiting the tunnel and pulling into the vacuum bay, I conducted a vehicular inspection and discovered a fresh, deep scratch running horizontally along the driver's side side skirt. Prior to entering the wash, the vehicle’s exterior was pristine and completely free of any structural or cosmetic defects. I immediately reported the damage to the on-site facility manager, Sam, before removing my vehicle from the premises. Initially, Sam denied liability, asserting that the facility's equipment could not cause such damage, and advised me to file a claim through my personal auto insurance. Very disappointed lately. The men that greet you as well as the attendants you see going into the actual car wash are always great! We have been coming here for 6 years (we wash our cars weekly) and about 2 months ago it changed drastically on the wash side. There are 5 guys working (maybe more) and I have been here for 10 min and no one has even touched my car- however all of them were working on one car having a great time laughing hard and joking around. Listen, I am all about fun in the workplace but this is terrible. This is the first time I have come in awhile when the lines weren't around the building due to some change on this side of things. A few months ago they had a manager on site and everyone was working hard- it literally took 5 min and he even inspected my car before I got in. Amazing. I think the lines are there because no one has any sense of urgency. I am giving a 3 star review ONLY because their are excellent, dedicated people you meet when you are bringing your car in and I don't want to sell them short because the backside of the business is so bad. I enjoy going to Jackson’s because it’s 2 miles from the house but more importantly than that they do a really good job. Honestly, it’s always a good job, but there are levels. Sometimes they do a good job, but on most occasions, they do an amazing job. Yesterday they probably did the best job in the three years that I’ve been going there! I paid for the top car wash and inside cleaning. Not the detailing just the car wash and cleaning. And I just happen to be sitting next to my bronco sport. One of the younger kids has an older Hispanic male look at it and I hear him say something to the effect of that is not our standard. So the young man and a young Hispanic female spent 10 more minutes on my bronco sport! I thought it was good 10 minutes ago, but when they spent 10 more minutes on it, I was blown away! This is the reason why I will keep going back to Jackson’s! Because their attention to detail and their standard is higher than mine and I appreciate that.

Got a full service car wash. They’re usually pretty good. Today there was some rust-like stuff left on the chrome of my car. They showed it to me before I left. When I mentioned that wasn’t there before Collin quickly asked if I’d like to see a manager. Trev was there within seconds with a smile and can-do attitude! They fixed the issue in no time and I was on my way. After getting home I realized another part had the same issue. I returned and Trev took care of it ASAP!! The team was all super friendly and reliable. I’ll definitely be coming back to sign up for the membership and take advantage of their detailing, pet hair removal spa, and maybe even their window tinting! Great work guys!!
